Here is the second installment of our bicycle and babe portraits featuring Ana and the Eddy Merckx Corsa Faema 1988 road bike. We photographed these in the vibrant Mission district of San Francisco. This is a joint project between my boyfriend, Luis and I.
It started a couple weeks ago with just the frame, which we purchased in San Jose. Then Luis put on Dura-Ace (7402) components and Mistral wheel set. He used the Bike Kitchen to press the headset on. Once the bike was complete we found our model - the lovely and talented Ana ;) and we were ready to shoot. The rest is history!
